John Harmon II

John Harmon II began his career in real estate in 1996. He and his father John Harmon Sr. formed Team Harmon the same year as part of Agency 1 Real Estate. They worked together until 2002 when John II took over the team and continued on as designated broker and owner of Agency 1 Real Estate. In 2010 Agency 1 merged with and became part of The Maine Real Estate Network which is now Bean Group/eXp Realty- one of the the largest and most established real estate companies in New England and World wide. John Harmon has remained designated broker of Team Harmon, and partnered with associate broker John Carroll to form Team Harmon & Carroll. The team has grown to include 5 agents, with many years of expertise and tons of local connections. 

 John is a licensed Broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Maine Board of Realtors. Team Harmon is a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International.

In addition to his work at Team Harmon & Carroll,  John resides in Scarborough with his wife Jenn and son Nicholas. John is an avid outdoorsman, and he also enjoys volunteer coaching Nick’s many teams: hockey, soccer and baseball.
