John Carroll

John Carroll attended the University of Vermont and received a Batchelor of Science in 1996. During the late 1990’s and early 2000’s he worked in both the ski industry and in construction.  He hiked the entire length of the Appalachian in 2001. He also worked as a Registered Maine Guide, primarily leading multi-day sea kayak trips.

John received his real estate license in 2004 and was given the Rookie of the Year award from Agency 1 Real Estate in 2005. He has been a member of the Maine Association of Realtors since 2004. In the spring of 2006, John joined the highly successful Team Harmon and John Harmon II, the owner and designated broker of Agency 1 Real Estate. Since joining Team Harmon, John has become a highly skilled and successful real estate agent.

In 2010, John Harmon II sold Agency 1 Real Estate to The Maine Real Estate Network. Since the acquisition, John Harmon II and John Carroll have worked steadily to grow their sales team, now called Team Harmon/Carroll, to a point where they are one of the leading sales teams in the Southern Maine region.  John Carroll continues to be a highly respected agent within the Greater Portland real estate market and beyond.  John Carroll, John Harmon II and the rest of Team Harmon/Carroll are a highly active sales force for single family and condo re-sales in Southern Maine.
